Products & Descriptions

We work hard to ensure every product description is accurate and every photo represents what we deliver. We deal in natural gemstones, jewelry, and religious items. As these are natural products, slight variations in color, size, pattern, and clarity may occur between what is shown on your screen and the actual item — this is normal and does not indicate a defect.

Certified Stones: Where a certificate is provided, it reflects the gemological assessment at the time of testing. Certificates can be verified using their unique certificate number.

Pricing, Payment & Taxes

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Delivery charges are calculated and clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) through our courier partner, as well as approved online methods such as JazzCash. The total you approve at checkout is exactly what you pay. There are no hidden fees.

Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. We will confirm your order details via WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch.

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched at no charge. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled, and our standard Refund & Returns Policy will apply.

Shipping, Delivery & Returns

We ship across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners (such as TCS), with express delivery available in Hyderabad. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they depend on courier service schedules and weather conditions.

Returns and refunds are strictly governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy, which forms an essential part of these Terms & Conditions. Please review it before making a purchase.

User Accounts & Responsibility

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account. We ask that you provide accurate contact details so our couriers can reach you without delay.
