Delivery Charges & Timelines
All orders are shipped securely via TCS. Delivery charges are calculated by parcel weight and are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. Final charges include TCS's base rate plus applicable fuel surcharge and Sindh Sales Tax (SST).

Order Handling & Packing Quality
Orders are usually confirmed and dispatched within one working day. If you place an order over the weekend, it will be processed on the next working day. If you order multiple items in one session, we combine them into a single parcel to save you time and cost.
Every gemstone is packed with care in sturdy, protective materials. Whether you ordered a fragile finished ring or a loose emerald, the packing quality stays the same. Fragile items get extra cushioning, and jewelry is wrapped separately so nothing moves during transit.

Order Tracking & Delays
Every shipment includes a tracking number. You can use it on the official courier's website to see where your parcel is in real time.
While most parcels arrive on time, delays can occasionally happen in busy seasons or remote areas. In such cases, we are usually informed by the courier first, and we will contact you with an honest update. If tracking shows an unusual delay, just reach out to us and we will trace it for you.
Cash on Delivery & Delivery Locations
Cash on Delivery (COD) is the most trusted payment method. The courier is authorized to release the parcel only after the correct amount is paid at your doorstep. We also accept online prepayments via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Bank Transfer if you prefer.
Workplace Deliveries: Many customers choose to receive orders at their workplace. Just provide your correct office address and a working phone number, and our courier will find you during business hours.
