We ship your gemstones and jewelry safely across Pakistan via TCS, with express delivery available in Hyderabad.
Delivery Charges
All orders are shipped via TCS, calculated by parcel weight. Delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order, based on the table below:

Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times from the day your order is dispatched:
- Hyderabad (Express): 1–2 working days
- Rest of Sindh & Punjab: 2–4 working days
- Other provinces / remote areas: 3–6 working days
Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partner and may vary due to weather, public holidays, or local courier coverage.
How Your Order Ships
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share your TCS tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can track your parcel anytime using TCS’s official tracking service.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If TCS is unable to deliver your parcel (customer unreachable, incorrect address, etc.), the parcel will typically be attempted again or returned to us. Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
