Most orders are delivered within two to four working days depending on your city. Larger cities usually receive parcels faster, while remote areas may take a day longer. We provide a tracking number for every order so you can follow the parcel at each stage. If a delay happens, we hear about it first from our courier partner and we update you directly.

If your parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong item, contact us on WhatsApp within two days of delivery with a photo. We treat these cases as priority, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund including any shipping cost you paid. Our packing process is designed to protect gemstones in transit, and on the rare occasion something does go wrong, we fix it quickly and fairly.

Yes. Every gemstone listed is a natural, genuine stone, and we clearly describe any treatment in the product details. We inspect each piece before listing and again before packing, so the stone you receive is the stone you chose. We rather lose a sale than mislead a customer, and our returns policy is there if a stone ever does not meet your expectation.

Every gemstone we sell comes with a certificate of authenticity from a recognized gemological lab. We never sell synthetic or lab-created stones as natural. You can always rely on the printed document that travels with your purchase. If you need additional certification beyond what is listed, we can arrange it through an independent lab for a small fee.

Yes, for most gemstones we can send current photos and videos on WhatsApp before you order. This lets you see the stone's real colour, cut and clarity under normal lighting, which is especially helpful for more expensive purchases. Just message us the name of the stone you are considering.

We offer both gold and silver settings for our gemstone rings. Gold settings are available in 21k and 18k, while silver settings use sterling silver. You can select your preferred metal and size directly on the product page. If you already own a ring and need a matching size, measure its inner diameter in millimeters and share it with us on WhatsApp.

Clean your stones with lukewarm water, a soft brush, and mild soap. Avoid exposing them to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures. Our warranty protects against manufacturing defects but does not cover chips from impact or damage caused by improper handling.

Yes. If you are not happy with an item, you can request a return or exchange within seven days of delivery, as long as the gemstone is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Custom-made or personalised items are not returnable. Approved refunds are processed within five to seven working days through JazzCash or your original payment method.
